What's the difference between Duplication and Replication?

     Duplication is when you take the Master DVD/CD and copy it creating other copies.  Replication is when you take the Master and create a "Glass Master".  You then make all the replicas from the Glass Master.

Which is better, Duplication or Replication?

    Replication is better.  The replicated copies are basically identical to the original master.  When you duplicate, there is a higher chance of error and a higher chance that the DVD/CD won't play properly on certain DVD/CD players.

Is there a minimum DVDs/CDs we have to order?

     No.  There is better pricing for orders over 1,000.  But there is no minimum.  Most manufacturers will not replicate less than 1,000 because of the cost of Glass Mastering.
